This SUCKS. This ration challenge is what we feed the refugees overseas we're actually trying to HELP. I'm supplementing as I need to care also for my medical complications, knowing that congenital heart disease, migraines, thyroid issues, and hypoglycemia occur worldwide. This is tasteless, heavy on starches and therefore leaving me at the edge of blood sugar crashes, and I'm still taking all my medically necessary vitamins and medications.
