Can Aidan *see* how Keelan is replacing energy? After all, not being the teenager with a hollow leg for an appetite and a teleporter means she's getting energy for somewhere for the E=mc^2 teleport...
If you already have the idea for Keelan's energy requirements that doesn't match up well, then something comfort/fluffy and super that powers an ability besides calories is the important part.

I love sekanjabin and make a bottle to summer SCA camping events and Pennsic, but never had the ratio explained so simply for the fruit and veggies types of vinegar drinks.
