True enough, I know some who did not as well. And I don't think there's anyone who's made it through so far without scars of one sort or another. I know people who are terrified of leaving their homes because of this, my daughter for one.

My point is this though. This pandemic was fairly mild in comparison say to the Great Plague, and we just barely made it though without the health services collapsing globally and society going bottom up. [India is bad, but it's population is vast and perversely it's more resistant to social systems collapse, since they're not as reliant on tech.]

But... what if we're not so lucky next time?
