My Pibble princess

Our dog has metastatic cancer. Redbone coonhound and American Pitbull mix. She's a rescue and we've had her for over 10 years.

I'm a mess. She's the only pet I've had as an adult. I'm 53 years old with congenital heart disease and other medical issues, and I don't know if I'd outlive another pet. 😭

I am so sorry to hear that. We lost our eldest poodle a year ago to old age, and our youngest, a wonderful blue hound named Rupert, had a cough. Took him in for an x-ray, and it was cancer. Rupert followed Dante beyond the vale just a few weeks later, and boy that hurt.

Cancer sucks, regardless of what kind of creature gets it. I hope she's comfortable and I wish for peace and comfort for you, too.
