I've known for years, that even artists don't agree with me on the blue to green color line. What is turquoise or teal to me, seems different than what others say.

So here's a couple of tests:

ismy.blue

xrite.com/hue-test

After a few more people post their own results, I'll add mine.

I got 168 on the first test. My browser gave my a security warning about the second one.

I'll note that monitors will affect the test, because they don't show "true"colors unless specially calibrated ( a photographer friend has a gizmo that adjust the screen drivers *and* the printer drivers so things come out right)

First one:

"Your boundary is at hue 174, just like the population median. You're a true neutral." Note! There was one that I said 'i don't know if that's blue or green!', then decided it was slightly greener. Also! Who knows what colors my phone is showing me.

Second one: 0, aka perfect color discrimination.

Fascinating!

I don't trust the monitor to be accurate, which throws off the test results.

Also, there ARE cultural differences in the blue/green divisions.

But it was fun to try the first one. I'll try the second after today's post is done and up.
